to join our IT staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our
bench consultants
(H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) to clients and vendors, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and ensuring successful placement. You must have a solid understanding of the US IT staffing process and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Market bench candidates to implementation partners, direct clients, and system integrators.
Build strong relationships with tier-1 vendors and clients for consistent job requirements.
Source new requirements daily through job portals, social media, and existing vendor contacts.
Coordinate with consultants to understand their skill sets, availability, and preferences.
Submit qualified consultants to appropriate requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare and polish resumes to highlight the consultants' skills as per job requirements.
Schedule interviews and assist with onboarding after successful placements.
Maintain and update internal databases and tracking sheets.
Achieve monthly/quarterly placement targets.
Required Skills
5- 15 Years of experience in bench sales, preferably in a US IT staffing environment.
Strong knowledge of various visas and their compliance requirements (H1B, CPT, OPT, GC, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using job boards such as Dice, Monster, TechFetch, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
Prior experience with CRM/ATS tools like Bullhorn or JobDiva is a plus.
