Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Marketing our Bench Consultants (EAD/ H1B, GCs, and US CITIZEN). \xc2\xb7 Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners/Direct Clients, understanding their job requirements, and finding matching profiles from the existing bench team. \xc2\xb7 Searching for requirements on job boards and submitting the resume. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with the consultants daily and update them about submissions and interviews. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and close the candidate. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice Monster to source requirements for Candidates. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of success in identifying and placing top talent and acquiring new clients and vendors. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must be the graduate of any degree. \xc2\xb7 Should be able to serve Night shifts \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and negotiation \xc2\xb7 Must be proficient in MS Office. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment tools such as MS Office, Google Suites, and PowerPoint. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
