Job Role: Bench Sales Recruiter ( 4 openings ) : Minimum 0-2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales. Must have solid experience in working with diversified employees/consultants in USA. Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the right talent for complex technical requirements Responsible for Aggressive marketing IT Bench Consultants (OPT, H1B, GC, US citizens) Experience in establishing relationships and working with Tier 1/Prime vendors to market our bench candidates. Should have excellent spoken and written English skills. Must be a team player and offer leadership wherever required, Should take initiatives when necessary. Must have experience in working with different employment types (W2, 1099, C2C), Tax Terms, Visa/Immigration policies etc. Interacting with Clients/Tier-I/Primary Vendors on a regular day-to-day basis, and coordinating & maintaining relationship.
