Job Description


We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter responsible for marketing bench consultants, which includes identifying opportunities, qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating rates, and closing deals. Responsibilities Responsible for the end-to-end process of selling bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, negotiating rates, and closing deals. Undertake the sales of bench consultants to vendors and clients, matching consultant abilities with client requirements. Proactively search for and share suitable requirements for bench consultants from various portals, groups, and personal contacts. Discuss and finalize rate negotiations as per management\'s suggestions and work extensively on the marketing of bench consultants. Interact with Tier One Vendors, fostering new and existing vendor relationships. Keep accurate records of bench consultants\' start and end dates and maintain daily & and weekly status reports of activities using MS Excel. Set up interviews, close candidate placements, and manage the interview and placement process from initial contact to finalization. Negotiate rates with vendors, manage long-term relations, and coordinate the submission of consultant resumes. Follow up on interview schedules and outcomes, ensuring the efficient placement of consultants on projects. Coordinate with consultants regarding project timelines and maintain a database of rolled-off consultants, including tracking project extensions and contract details. Qualifications Education : Any Graduate (UG); Any Postgraduate (PG). Demonstrated experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter, with a strong emphasis on rate negotiation and closing skills. Ability to maintain a comprehensive database of consultant information and manage multiple candidate processes. Proficiency in using MS Excel for tracking and reporting purposes. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with vendors, clients, and consultants. Experience in utilizing various job portals and networking sites like LinkedIn to source and place candidates.
