Job title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Work From Office Day1 Onwards Shift: EST Note: No Remote 2+ years of proven experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing) in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry Well versed with Marketing Bench Consultant (H1B, GC, EAD, US Citizen, OPT and CPT) Regular interaction with consultants and identifying their needs and getting them to projects accordingly Experienced with the full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time. Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD and OPT Gathering requirements for consultants from Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them Knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch and well versed on social media Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2 Key responsibility: Marketing our Bench Consultants - H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC & US CITIZEN Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors Someone who can be bring existing clients to support us Should generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client Required Candidate profile Strong interpersonal and communication skills Have strong work ethic Be a self-starter and self-engaged Have a passion for the staffing industry & have a desire to help people reach their career goals Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb99,032.24 - \xe2\x82\xb941,942.82 per month Schedule:
