Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated individuals with 4-8 years of experience in Bench Sales. Must be a quick learner and high aspirant to grow in corporate, Bench sales marketers are individuals who work in the staffing industry, specifically within the IT sector. Their primary role is to generate revenue by placing IT consultants on projects. They must be knowledgeable about current market trends in the technology industry and understand how to match client needs with the skills of available IT consultants. Individuals with expeditious computer skills, good communication, efficient problem solving, and quick learner will be ideal skillset for this job role. Job Roles and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC & US CITIZEN) resumes with tier1 vendors/clients. \xc2\xb7 Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients. \xc2\xb7 Understanding their resume skillset, keywords, tools) and formatting it as required. \xc2\xb7 Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resume. \xc2\xb7 Communicating with the consultants daily and update about submission and interviews. \xc2\xb7 Arranging interviews with tier one vendors or end clients. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and until closing the candidate profile. \xc2\xb7 Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire , Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc.) \xc2\xb7 Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques, W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers \xc2\xb7 Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates. \xc2\xb7 Must report to floor manager and Resource Manager (lead sales recruiter) \xc2\xb7 Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates. \xc2\xb7 Should Posses good knowledge about Contracts NCA / NDA / Addendum / Memorandum \xc2\xb7 Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales. \xc2\xb7 Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English. \xc2\xb7 Well versed in dealing candidates H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, EAD, GC, US Citizen on W2, Corp-Corp, 1099 contract basis. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients. \xc2\xb7 Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end-client interview schedules. \xc2\xb7 Intimate the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications. \xc2\xb7 Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups. \xc2\xb7 Preparing the consultants for the end client interviews. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and vendors in the IT industry. \xc2\xb7 Identify potential clients who may require IT consulting services and establish relationships with them. \xc2\xb7 Understand client requirements and coordinate with the delivery team to propose the right resources. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate contracts and rates with clients and vendors. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that resources are placed on projects in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. \xc2\xb7 Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
