Are you a graduated fresher seeking an IT-based role? We are hiring an IT bench sales recruiter for our offshore office in Hyderabad/ India Position Overview:
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to determine staffing needs on Various IT platforms like Network Engineers / Java full-stack / .Net Developers so on and so forth
- Source potential candidates through various channels and socializing them
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Procuring the Interview slots for our Consultants
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
- Experience working with and recruiting candidates in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiating and communication skills
- Active on social media, professional networking sites, and other recruiting platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment
