Key Responsibilities:

Work with pre-identified candidate profiles to apply on relevant job portals Coordinate and follow up with candidates for interviews and updates Engage effectively with clients and candidates to negotiate terms Manage the recruitment cycle for US IT Bench Sales roles

Requirements:

Proven experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment Strong communication and negotiation skills In-depth understanding of recruitment and sales processes Ability to work in the US shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM) Willingness to relocate, if required Fresher's are welcome to apply This is an on-site role, not remote
