Key Responsibilities:

Market and promote our bench candidates for Non-IT Engineering roles. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients in the US market. Search for job requirements using LinkedIn, job portals, and networking. Support the team in rate negotiation, resume submission, and interview coordination. Help maintain a steady pipeline of client requirements and candidate submissions.

What We're Looking For:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to

2 years of experience

. Good communication skills (Fluent English) is a must -- written & spoken. Interest in US Staffing, Bench Sales, or Recruitment. Ability to multitask, learn fast, and work in a team. Strong attitude and willingness to grow in a fast-paced work environment.
