Job Overview We are hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Recruisure Tech Solutions. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for connecting ideal talent with our clients in the tech industry. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in bench sales or recruitment
- Knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of various roles and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Identify and source potential candidates for bench positions through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and specific job needs
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment, including pay rates and work schedules
- Maintain a database of candidates and accurately track their job preferences, availability, and qualifications
- Coordinate with the sales team to effectively market candidates to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions related to bench sales
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards in recruiting practices
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
