Bench Sales Recruiter

= Location:

vijayawada, Guntur & Narasaraopet (Onsite Monday to Friday)

=U Timings:

6:00 PM 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

= Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with consultants and understand their experience

Manage resumes across top job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.)

Submit job applications and track progress

Coordinate interviews and provide support to consultants

Handle negotiations and market outreach

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

Passion for recruitment and sales

Eagerness to learn and adapt
