We are hiring for Bench Sales Recruiters/Us IT Recruiters
Experience Required: 1-4 Years
Location of Posting: Visakhapatnam/Hyderabad/ Rajahmundry

Looking for someone who is aggressive, Team Player and well aware of the technologies in the market.
Have Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
Should have Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Bench Sales/Us IT Recruiters (US IT Staffing )
Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e., Monster, DICE, Career Builder etc.).
Making job postings on the Job Portal/s.
Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
Experienced with End to End cycle of sales/Us IT Recruiters from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations and Follow Up.
Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep Updated them on daily basis regarding the marketing.
Must be prompt on Responding on time to consultants, Vendors and Clients.
Update and maintain every month reports of Interviews scheduled and Placements done.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
