Responsible for marketing bench candidates (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, and US Citizens) to clients and Tier-1 vendors across the US market.
Work closely with consultants on the bench to understand their skills, experience, and preferences for suitable job opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Post candidates' profiles on various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.) and actively market them for contract, contract-to-hire, or full-time opportunities.
Negotiate the best rates with vendors/clients while ensuring maximum profit margin for the organization.
Coordinate interview schedules, follow up with vendors/clients, and assist consultants through the entire recruitment process.
Track submissions, interviews, and placement status and maintain reports accordingly.
Maintain a strong database of vendors, clients, and consultants for future requirements.
Stay updated with current recruitment trends in the US IT staffing industry and compliance regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US Staffing.
Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, and Citizen consultants.
Experience using job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (verbal & written).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Must be flexible to work in
night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST)
