Key Responsibilities
Market and place bench consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.
Source job requirements from portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and through networking.
Screen job requirements, match them with consultant skill sets, and submit suitable profiles.
Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients to close deals effectively.
Maintain daily communication with bench consultants to track availability and gather updated skill sets.
Schedule interviews, coordinate with all stakeholders, and follow up for feedback.
Maintain an updated database of vendors, clients, job requirements, and consultant profiles.
Stay up to date with current market trends, technologies, and hiring demands.
