Bench Sales & Usit Recruiter
Job Description
- Good experience in handling Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e., sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors, Direct/Implementation Clients etc. To submit the Bench Consultants.
- Negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants.
- Experience working with OPT/H1B/EAD's/GC/US Citizens/TN Visa work Authorization Consultants.
- Regular interaction and Follow-up with bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
- Experience using job boards such as Dice, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
