Collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop effective treatment plans for clients.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Educate patients on procedures and recovery.
Maintain accurate patient records and documents.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct
psychological assessments, evaluations, and screenings
Provide
counseling and therapy
for patients with:
Stress, anxiety, depression
Behavioral and emotional disorders
Relationship, family, and workplace issues
Develop and implement
individual treatment plans
Maintain
patient case records and documentation
Educate patients and families on
mental health awareness
Work closely with
doctors, nurses, and therapists
Participate in
mental health programs, workshops, and camps
Ensure
confidentiality and ethical practice
at all times
Follow hospital/clinic policies and procedures
