Bellboy
to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing information, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel features, facilities, and amenities.
Handle luggage storage and retrieval efficiently.
Assist with guest transportation needs (taxis, valet coordination, etc.).
Maintain the lobby and entrance areas to ensure cleanliness and order.
Deliver messages, packages, or other items to guest rooms as required.
Provide information about local attractions, directions, and hotel services.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests.
Coordinate with front desk and concierge teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
Basic knowledge of local area and attractions.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
