We are seeking a courteous and attentive Bellboy/Girl to join our team at Long D Hotel & Banquets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting guests with their luggage, guiding them to their rooms, and ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times Assist with transportation arrangements and hotel services as needed Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk area Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality and a professional appearance Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
