The Bell Boy is responsible for delivering warm, efficient, and courteous service to all guests. This role supports guest arrivals, departures, luggage handling, lobby management, and basic concierge services while upholding hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a welcoming attitude
Assist with luggage handling during check-in and check-out
Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features when required
Maintain luggage storage area and ensure proper tagging of bags
Deliver messages, parcels, amenities, or documents to guest rooms
Arrange transportation (taxi, cab bookings) upon guest request
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance area
Assist Front Office and Concierge with guest queries
Coordinate with valet team for smooth vehicle assistance
Support guests with special needs or elderly guests
Report any unusual guest behavior or security concerns to supervisors
Uphold grooming standards and follow all service protocols

Skills & Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Polite, well-groomed, and guest-oriented personality
Physical fitness for lifting luggage and standing for long hours
Basic knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts

Education & Experience
10th/12th pass or Diploma in Hospitality preferred
Prior hotel experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome
Training exposure in Front Office/Bell Desk is beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,090.35 - ₹18,000.00 per month
