Greet guests at the entrance and assist with luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
Provide directions and hotel information as needed.
Luggage Handling:
Load and unload luggage from guest vehicles.
Tag and store luggage in the luggage room if required.
Deliver luggage and messages to guest rooms efficiently.
Lobby Management:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and entrance area.
Be present and alert at the lobby to welcome arriving guests.
Assist guests with wheelchairs, baby strollers, etc.
Coordination:
Coordinate with front office staff for guest room readiness.
Inform housekeeping for any special guest requirements.
Work closely with concierge for guest transportation needs.
Other Duties:
Report lost & found items immediately.
Follow all hotel safety and security procedures.
Perform errands and small tasks for guests or departments as directed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
Basic knowledge of English and local language.
Polite, well-groomed, and physically fit.
Prior hotel experience preferred but not mandatory.
