Job Summary:
The
Bell Boy/Valet Driver
plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for guests. Responsible for assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and handling valet parking services, the role requires a customer-focused attitude and a professional approach to guest service.
Key Responsibilities:Guest Assistance:
Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure.
Assist with luggage handling and ensure prompt service.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief overview of room features.
Offer assistance during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth process.
Provide information on resort facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
Valet Parking Duties:
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with the utmost care.
Maintain a
logbook
for all valet transactions, including time, vehicle details, and guest information.
Conduct a quick inspection of vehicles for any existing damage before parking.
Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines while driving guest vehicles.
Ensure vehicles are returned promptly and in the same condition as received.
General Duties:
Maintain a clean and organized lobby and luggage storage area.
Deliver newspapers, parcels, and messages to guest rooms as needed.
Coordinate with the Front Office team to manage guest requests efficiently.
Assist guests with transportation needs, such as calling taxis or arranging shuttle services.
Support in emergency situations, including evacuations if necessary.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (hotel/resort background advantageous).
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills
in English and regional languages (Tamil, Hindi preferred).
Strong customer service skills
and a warm, friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle luggage
and assist guests with care.
Driving skills with a valid four-wheeler license (LMV).
Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and maintenance is an added advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Conditions:
Shift-based role
