Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner upon arrival at entrances/concourse. Assist guests with their luggage, shopping bags, coats, strollers, wheelchairs etc. Transport items (bags, trolleys) safely from entrance to vehicle or guest's destination within the mall. Maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment at the guest?service area, entrance lobby, valet zone, etc. Provide directions and information about mall facilities (parking, restrooms, lifts, etc). Coordinate with valet/parking staff, concierge desk, security team to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor guest/visitor needs and anticipate assistance. Report any damaged/lost items, unusual incidents, or concerns to supervisor. Adhere to uniform guidelines, grooming standards, attendance and punctuality. Attend training sessions on guest services, safety, emergency procedures as directed.
Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum secondary school certificate 12th pass preferred. Good physical fitness (ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry items as needed). Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills (basic English + local language). Excellent customer?service orientation and a helpful attitude. Ability to work in shifts (including weekends, evenings, public holidays) as per mall operations. Familiarity with the mall layout is a plus or willingness to quickly learn. Professional appearance and grooming.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
