Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the loading and unloading of luggage Escort guests to their rooms, Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience Coordinate with the front desk and other staff to manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently Assist with the storage and retrieval of luggage for guests Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas

Requirement:

High school diploma, preferred. Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience. Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products. Flexible working hours. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards. Physical mobility and stamina.
