Bellboy & helper
to join our hospitality team. As a Bellboy, you will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and providing general support to ensure a pleasant and welcoming stay for all hotel visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
Assist guests with unloading luggage from vehicles and transport it to guest rooms.
Escort guests to their rooms, explain room features, and ensure their comfort.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Deliver messages, packages, or amenities to guest rooms as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas.
Coordinate with front desk staff for guest check-ins and check-outs.
Assist guests with transportation arrangements and provide local area information.
Handle luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures.
Ensure all luggage is handled safely and securely.
