Bell Boy / Bell Attendant - Yellowstone Resort Arambol, Goa

:

The Bell Boy is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and providing smooth arrival and departure experiences. This role represents the hospitality and warmth of Yellowstone Resort Arambol and ensures guest satisfaction through courteous, prompt, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests on arrival and assist with unloading and transporting luggage to rooms. Escort guests to their rooms and explain key room features when required. Handle luggage storage, tagging, and retrieval efficiently across check-in and check-out. Assist guests with transportation requests, local information, and any special assistance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, luggage room, and entrance areas. Coordinate with Front Office for guest requests, room readiness, and VIP arrivals. Deliver messages, parcels, or amenities to guest rooms. Ensure safety and proper handling of guest luggage and personal items. Uphold grooming standards and present a friendly, professional demeanour at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in hotel front office or guest services preferred. Good communication skills and a guest-centric attitude. Physically fit to lift and move luggage safely. Knowledge of local attractions and transport options is an advantage. Polite, well-groomed, and able to handle guest requests promptly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
