to join our dedicated Front Office team.

About the Role

As a Bell Boy, you are one of the first and last points of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility is to create a seamless and welcoming arrival and departure experience. This is a highly visible role that requires a professional demeanour, strong physical stamina, and a commitment to world-class guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and Assist Guests:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them promptly with the loading and unloading of luggage from vehicles.

Luggage Handling:

Safely and efficiently transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring accurate delivery and collection.

Room Orientation:

Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief, professional orientation to the room's features and hotel amenities.

Information Provider:

Offer information regarding hotel services, local attractions, and directions upon request.

Support:

Assist other departments, such as Concierge or Front Desk, with various tasks as needed, including running errands, delivering packages, or performing light cleaning duties in public areas.

Maintain Lobby Presentation:

Keep the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas tidy and organised.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

Physical Stamina:

Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy luggage repeatedly throughout a shift.

Professionalism:

Maintain a neat, professional appearance and a consistently positive and welcoming attitude.

Guest Focus:

A genuine desire to serve and anticipate guest needs.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Flexibility:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
