Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

behavioural assessments

and identify areas of concern using standard tools and observation. Develop and implement

Individualized Behavioural Intervention Plans (BIPs)

tailored to each child's needs. Apply

evidence-based approaches

such as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), CBT for children, Play Therapy, and Social Skills Training. Monitor and record the progress of children and modify therapy goals as needed. Conduct

parent training and counselling sessions

to ensure continuity of therapy at home. Collaborate with the

multidisciplinary team

to ensure integrated care. Prepare

daily and weekly therapy reports

, progress documentation, and review plans. Participate in case discussions, developmental screening camps, and awareness programs. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in

Psychology / Applied Psychology / Behavioural Science / Child Psychology

or equivalent. Certification or training in

Behaviour Modification / ABA / Play Therapy / CBT for children

preferred. Minimum

1-2 years of experience

working with children having Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, or behavioural issues. Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills. Empathy, patience, and child-friendly interpersonal approach. Ability to work in a team-based, multidisciplinary environment.

Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Performance-based incentives available.
