across India since 1997. While our trainers previously travelled nationwide for in-person sessions,

post-pandemic client preferences have shifted toward regional/local trainers

Who We're Looking For:

Minimum

10 years of corporate experience

before transitioning into freelance training.

At least

5 years of freelancing experience

in corporate training.

Expertise in Delivering Training on Topics Like:

Business Communication

Interpersonal Skills

Conflict Management

Presentation Skills

First-Time Managers

Campus to Corporate

Leadership Development

Selling Skills

Customer Centricity

Individual Effectiveness

Negotiation & Influencing

Team Building & Collaboration

Preferred Locations:

Kolkatta

Note:

Trainers will be responsible for their own

local conveyance and accommodation expenses.
