Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and data-driven

Behavioral Therapist

who leverages

AI-powered tools

to enhance assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical expertise with openness to technology that improves client outcomes, efficiency, and personalization of care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses (FBA) using traditional and AI-assisted tools Design, implement, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy (e.g., ABA, CBT, DBT-informed strategies as applicable) Utilize AI platforms for: Progress tracking and outcome measurement Data analysis and pattern recognition Treatment recommendations and clinical insights (under supervision and ethical guidelines) Monitor client progress through real-time data dashboards and automated reports Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (psychologists, educators, caregivers, physicians) Train and support caregivers, families, or staff using data-informed strategies Maintain accurate clinical documentation in AI-enabled EHR systems Ensure ethical, confidential, and responsible use of AI in clinical decision-making
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Counseling, Special Education, or related field Relevant certification or licensure (e.g., RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, LMHC, LCSW - depending on role level) Experience delivering behavioral interventions Comfort using digital tools, data platforms, or AI-assisted software Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-driven behavioral health platforms or digital therapeutics Familiarity with data visualization and outcome tracking tools Experience working with [specific population: children with ASD, adults, schools, mental health, etc.]
