Role Purpose
To deliver structured behavioural intervention, early intervention programs, and social-emotional skill-building for children with Autism, ADHD-related concerns, challenging behaviours, and general behavioural delays.

Key Responsibilities1. Behaviour Assessment
Collect baseline observations of behaviours
Conduct ABC (Antecedent-Behaviour-Consequence) analysis
Assess social communication, attention, and receptive behaviours
Use basic assessment checklists
Document behavioural triggers appropriately
2. Therapy Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 behavioural therapy sessions
Implement structured goals based on behaviour plan
Work on:
Attention & sitting tolerance
Joint attention & eye contact
Receptive & expressive behaviours
Social turn-taking
Following instructions
Compliance training
Transition training
Reduction of tantrums, aggression, rigidity
Engage in structured play-based reinforcement
Use token economy, planned ignoring, visual scheduling
3. ABA-Based Workflows (as trained and supervised)
Therapist will implement behaviour plan elements like:
? Prompting & fading
? Reinforcement schedules
? Replacement behaviour training
? Task analysis
? Skill chaining
? Response shaping
? Functional communication training
They will receive guidance and training on all methods.
Educate parents on home reinforcement
Teach behaviour response techniques
Explain progress realistically
Maintain professional boundaries
Conduct short once-weekly parent check-ins
6. Team Collaboration
Coordinate with Occupational Therapy
Work jointly with Special Educator & Psychologist
Participate in case discussions
Align home programs with multi-therapy goals
Skills Required

Candidates may come from backgrounds such as:
Psychology (BA/BSc/MA/MSc)
Special Education
Behavioural Science
Early Intervention fields
Any child-care related qualification
Additional preferences:
Certification / course in ABA
Internship experience in therapy/clinic
Experience in behaviour training setups
Freshers may apply if passionate and open to learning.

Monday to Saturday
10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Session structure based on child schedules.
