Conduct behavioral assessments, case history taking, and psychological evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using CBT and other behavioral approaches.
Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other care providers.
Educate patients and families about behavioral techniques and coping mechanisms.
Maintain detailed and confidential patient records.
Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and training sessions.
Handle crisis interventions as needed.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field (M.Phil preferred).
Certification or training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other behavioral therapies is an advantage.
Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or mental health setting.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with children, adolescents, and adults.
Proficient in maintaining clinical documentation and reports.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with psychiatric hospital environments.
Experience in handling patients with conditions like ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, etc.
Knowledge of behavior modification techniques and psychological assessments.
