About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in generating leads through Upwork/Freelancer bidding as well as tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other lead-sourcing platforms.You will be responsible for identifying high-quality prospects, crafting and submitting tailored, high-converting proposals, and collaborating closely with the internal team to help drive successful deal closures.Key Responsibilities:- Upwork Bidding & Lead Generation: Identify and bid on relevant projects daily to generate quality leads.- Lead Generation Across platforms: Generate qualified and potential leads for various platforms, including Mobile Apps, Web Apps / Websites / PWAs, Digital Marketing, and Data Scraping.- Lead Generation Across Technologies: Source potential leads for tech stacks such as React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, MEAN, MERN, JavaScript (Frontend & Backend frameworks), Python, Ruby on Rails, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, Power BI, and more.- Platform Expertise: Primary expertise in Upwork.
