City Supply Manager

About BeepKart : BeepKart is building a brand for used 2- wheelers. It is taking a digital- first approach to provide the trust that buyers/sellers seek in this high consideration & involvement category. The team has experience in serial entrepreneurship, building category leaders, tech venture capital, mobility and rapidly scaling start- up operations. We are largely focussed at end customers for procurement and selling both.

Key Activities :

- He will be part of the Chennai team and he will be driving Chennai supply by working with City Manager and Central supply team

- Managing team of procurement executive and procurement inspectors

- Tracking supply team metrics, analyzing team data and developing plans to address performance gaps

- Setting targets, performance plans and improving standards for supply and implementing regular training programs for skill building with the help of training teams

- Having strong drive to ensure customer experience and strong business skills will be helpful

- Building strong relationships with vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams

- Developing in- depth knowledge of 2 wheeler used vehicles to identify profitable business opportunities

- Ensuring quality standards are met by procurement executives and procurement inspectors

- Should have done Supply (Purchase) and operations before, and is passionate about it

- Should have Team building, leadership and motivational skills

- Local language knowledge is a must

Experience :

1) Any Graduate from decent college

2) 4 + years of experience in handling team and processes with other companies

3) First hand experience in expansion of supply/demand channel in any previous start up
