Qualifications:
- Graduate or MBA with 2-4 years of work experience, ideally with a specialization in brand marketing, social media marketing, communication, design thinking, and creative and content excellence.
- Inspires and manages agency partners and rallies them to effective implementation in service of the brand agenda
- A person with great imagination and creative orientation
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Closely working with the social media agency and internal teams to manage:
- Brand guidelines and approach
- Build the communication strategy across Social, Performance, Outdoor, etc
- End-to-end social media (Type of communication, weekly/monthly calendars, video scripting and conceptualization, video strategy for social media channels like IG, FB, YT, and reels platforms like Chingari, Moj, MX TAKATAK, etc).
Key KPIs: Increasing followers/subscribers across channels, increasing engagement, increasing brand recall, competition analysis, etc)
- Employer Branding
- Other content creation and reviewing: SEO, PR.
- Responsible for the development of brand architecture, advertising architecture, etc.
- Accountable for the development of brand communication, content, key visuals look based on the finalized platform and creative ideas
