Urgently Recruiting Spanish Customer Support RepresentativesJob description :Candidates who are able to speak Spanish and English language fluently can apply for the job. irrespective of fresher or experienced.Roles & Responsibilities :1. Interface with US customers via inbound calls.2. Excellent verbal Skills in Spanish and English Languages.3. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.4. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.5. Support customers across telecommunications.Desired Candidate Profile :1. Any Graduate BE/Btech freshers / Under-Graduate / drop out / Post Graduates can apply.2. Spanish Fluency level: B1 most preferable B2.3. Immediate joiners will be given first preference4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In Spanish and English.5.
