The role focuses on lead generation, client handling, and achieving sales targets while enhancing brand visibility through both online and offline marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through digital campaigns, field marketing, and referrals.- Contact and follow up with potential clients to schedule site visits.- Present project details, pricing, and offers to prospective buyers.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Develop and implement marketing plans to attract customers.- Manage social media promotions and coordinate with the digital marketing team.- Organize property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.- Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sale support.- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor trends.- Employees will have to reach out new customers, Marketing Plots and making sales.
