Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per the B.Ed curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and innovative teaching methodologies.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and examinations.
Guide students in research projects, internships, and teaching practice.
Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional growth.
Participate in departmental meetings, academic events, seminars, and workshops.
Provide mentorship and counseling to students for academic and professional development.
Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest trends in Education and Pedagogy.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Master's Degree (M.Ed) with minimum
55% marks
(Ph.D. in Education preferred).
Must have cleared
NET/SLET/SET
(as per UGC norms).
Minimum
2-5 years of teaching experience
in B.Ed/M.Ed programs.
Strong knowledge of pedagogy, educational psychology, and teacher training practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Desirable Attributes
Research publications in reputed journals.
Experience in curriculum design and academic administration.
Ability to use ICT tools and e-learning platforms effectively.
Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring
