Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and professional Therapist to join our Rajahmundry branch. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in facial treatments, body therapies, and beauty services, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform facial treatments, clean-ups, body polishing, detan, and other beauty-related services.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitization, and cleanliness in treatment rooms and the salon area.
Understand client concerns and recommend suitable beauty and skincare treatments.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently as per treatment requirements.
Provide an exceptional and relaxing experience for clients.
Promote ongoing offers, treatments, and product recommendations.
Maintain daily client records and assist in achieving monthly targets.
Ensure professional conduct and client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology.
1-3 years of experience as a Therapist in a beauty clinic or salon.
Good knowledge of skincare treatments and product application.
Excellent grooming, communication, and client-handling skills.
Professional, polite, and team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and stay updated on new beauty techniques.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
