As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, and other aesthetic services. You will ensure a welcoming and professional experience for clients, maintaining high standards of hygiene, customer service, and treatment quality.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional beauty treatments, including but not limited to:
Manicures and pedicures (including nail art, gel polish, and nail care)
Facials and skin treatments tailored to client needs
Waxing, threading, and other hair removal services
Makeup application and eyebrow shaping
Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building client loyalty
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
Manage appointments and coordinate with the front desk for smooth operations
Promote and sell beauty products to enhance client experience and meet sales targets
Adhere to franchise protocols and guidelines
