We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and certified Clinical Therapist (Cosmetologist) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in advanced aesthetic procedures, possessing a deep understanding of skin biology and hair health. You will be responsible for consulting with clients, designing personalized treatment plans, and delivering exceptional, results-driven services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their skin and hair concerns and goals. Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments with precision and care. Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans and home-care regimens. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client care in accordance with clinic protocols. Manage client records, including pre- and post-treatment photos and notes. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Assist in maintaining inventory of clinical supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medicine, or a related field. Proven experience as a Clinical Therapist, Aesthetician, or similar role.

Must be exceptionally well-versed and have hands-on experience in performing:

Hydrofacial / HydraFacial

Medifacial / LED Therapy

Chemical Peels

(various types and strengths)

Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Therapy

for skin and hair

GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate) Therapy

In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and hair anatomy. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. A professional, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor. Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
