are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate

Beauty/Skin Care Trainer

to educate and train professionals and clients on skin care techniques, beauty treatments, and product usage. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the beauty or dermatology field and strong communication skills to deliver practical and theoretical training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theoretical and practical training on: Skin care basics and advanced treatments Beauty therapy techniques (facials, clean-ups, exfoliation, etc.) Product knowledge (ingredients, usage, benefits) Hygiene and sanitation practices Client consultation and service protocols Develop training materials including manuals, presentations, and videos. Stay updated with current beauty trends, technologies, and products. Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback. Train staff on new product launches and treatment protocols. Assist in onboarding new staff or franchise partners with initial training. Organize workshops, demos, and promotional training events. Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and certification.

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience as a beauty therapist, skin specialist, or trainer. Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatments. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience with cosmetic or skincare brands is a plus. Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and product chemistry.

Pay: ?10,081.11 - ?30,000.00 per month
