Demonstrate professional techniques step-by-step and supervise students during practical activities and salon services.
Prepare and implement daily lesson plans, class activities, practical assessments, and demonstrations.
Maintain a safe, hygienic, and professional learning environment in the classroom and practical lab.
Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and record attendance/progress reports.
Guide students on proper use of tools, equipment, and products, ensuring compliance with health and safety and sanitation standards.
Stay updated with latest beauty industry trends, treatments, equipment, and product innovations.
Mentor students to develop confidence, customer-service behavior, soft skills, and salon professionalism.
Support students preparing for certification exams, internships, and future employment.
Ensure classroom discipline while maintaining a positive and motivating teaching atmosphere.
Coordinate with management to improve curriculum, teaching strategies, and student success outcomes.
Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and continuous professional development programs.
