Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the salon Manage staff schedules, performance, and training Ensure excellent customer service and handle client feedback Track inventory and order salon supplies Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards Drive sales, upsell services, and manage targets Coordinate with vendors and manage billing systems

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in salon management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a team and deliver excellent customer experience Knowledge of salon software and inventory handling Well-groomed, presentable, and professional
