The Beauty Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling beauty and skincare products in a retail environment. They provide exceptional customer service, product education, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, understanding their beauty needs and preferences.
Demonstrate products and provide in-depth product knowledge.
Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and returns.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock as needed.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with the beauty team to organize in-store promotions and events.
Stay informed about current promotions, pricing, and new product releases.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty product trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
