Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers. Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduation preferred.

Experience:

1+ years in retail/showroom sales or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Presentable, confident, and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems).
