Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate sales leads. Follow up on customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our database. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers. Contact potential customers via phone and provide them with information about our products and services. Continuously learn about new products and services in the beauty industry to stay up-to-date and informed. Plan and execute accordance with the management's goals for new business acquisition. Planning marketing initiatives and leverage referral network to promote business development. Developing short-term and long-term sales objectives and strategic plans to meet market needs. Define sales strategies to increase points of distribution, shelf space, product positioning, consumer awareness, conversion, and user acquisition. This is a field sale profile
