Job Description

The Beauty Manager is responsible for managing the beauty department/team, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves team supervision, training beauty advisors, managing inventory, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

1. Sales & Customer Service

Drive sales to achieve store and department targets.

Ensure exceptional customer service and personalized consultations.

Analyze sales data and implement action plans to improve performance.

2. Team Management

Lead, motivate, and train a team of beauty advisors/consultants.

Schedule shifts and manage team performance.

Conduct product and service training to keep the team updated.

3. Inventory & Merchandising

Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and shrinkage control.

Ensure proper stock rotation and timely ordering.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation of the beauty section.

4. Product Knowledge & Promotion

Stay updated on beauty trends, products, and customer preferences.

Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and events.

Organize in-store activations and beauty workshops.

5. Operational Excellence

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and team performance.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline. Diploma in Cosmetology or Beauty Therapy is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in the beauty retail or salon industry, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
