Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Beauty Centre Head to lead and manage the complete operations of the beauty centre. The candidate will be responsible for business growth, team management, service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Oversee the entire day-to-day operations of the beauty centre. Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (salon, makeup, spa, front office). Maintain service quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Team Leadership

Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate all beauty centre staff. Conduct staff performance reviews and provide feedback. Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and work discipline.
Business & Revenue Growth

Plan and execute sales strategies, packages, and promotional offers. Monitor daily revenue, monthly targets, and profitability. Develop client retention and loyalty programs.
Customer Experience

Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution. Personally handle VIP clients and premium services when required. Maintain strong client relationships and repeat business.
Inventory & Vendor Management

Handle stock ordering, inventory control, and product usage tracking. Coordinate with vendors, brands, and suppliers.
Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, billing systems, and legal norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Salon Management preferred. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the beauty/salon industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Good knowledge of beauty services, treatments, products, and industry trends. Strong business acumen and customer-focused approach. Basic to advanced knowledge of billing software, CRM, and reporting tools. Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Preferred Profile:

Female candidate preferred (as per operational requirement). Willing to relocate to Vizag / Guntur. Immediate joiner preferred.

Pay: ₹14,062.48 - ₹25,000.00 per month
