Job Summary: The Bioderma Beauty Advisor is a key customer-facing expert responsible for representing the NAOS-Bioderma brand within the premium retail environment of Shoppers Stop. This role requires a passion for dermocosmetic skincare, the ability to deliver highly personalized consultations, and a strong focus on driving sales through exceptional service and education on Bioderma's unique Ecobiology approach.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Expert Customer Consultation & Sales o Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the entire Bioderma range (Sensibio, Sebium, Atoderm, Photoderm, etc.) by converting walkins into sales. o Conduct in-depth skincare discussions with Shoppers Stop customers to accurately assess their needs, skin type, and concerns. o Provide personalized, expert product recommendations and advise on complete skincare routines, emphasizing the scientific benefits and patented technologies of Bioderma. o Demonstrate product usage and application techniques (e.g., the correct use of Sensibio H2O) to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding. o Actively promote cross-selling and up-selling to maximize the average transaction value.
2. Brand & Retail Environment Management o Ensure the Bioderma counter/fixture within Shoppers Stop is always impeccably presented, clean, fully stocked, and compliant with all Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines. o Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Bioderma product lines, the brand philosophy (Ecobiology), and key competitor offerings within the Shoppers Stop beauty aisle. o Act as the brand image custodian, maintaining a high level of personal grooming and professional demeanor consistent with a premium dermocosmetic brand. o Establish and nurture strong working relationships with the Shoppers Stop store management and beauty department staff.
3. Operational Excellence & Reporting o Manage counter stock effectively, conduct regular inventory checks, and promptly communicate any stock discrepancies or replenishment needs. o Accurately process sales transactions (may involve operating the Shoppers Stop POS system, if required by the retailer). o Capture customer data (where permitted) o Submit timely and accurate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitive activities to the Area Manager
