Beauty Advisors

to join our team. The role involves providing expert advice to customers on beauty products, demonstrating usage, maintaining stock and displays, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable beauty products based on skin type, hair type, and preferences. Demonstrate product usage and benefits effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns with professionalism. Maintain proper stock levels, follow

FIFO (First In, First Out)

method, and manage inventory. Ensure attractive and well-organized product displays (planogram management). Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, brands, and product knowledge. Support promotional activities and campaigns as required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 12th pass; a diploma/certificate in beauty, cosmetics, or related field preferred. Previous experience in beauty retail, salon, or cosmetic sales is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
